• Is a natural problem-solver , energized by diving into complex datasets and building practical tools.
• Possesses excellent pattern recognition and organizational skills .
• Communicates effectively, particularly when breaking down complex data concepts into business terms.
• Enjoys working independently but can collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Development, Origination, and Finance.
• Takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality, and scalable solutions that drive business decisions.

This is a great fit for someone with a high technical capacity , low need for supervision , and strong attention to detail , who is comfortable with both routine updates and innovative tool development.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate flows for recurring business processes.
• Build and maintain tools that deliver data-driven insights for site selection, market analysis, and operational decision-making.
• Own the development and quality control of analytics tools, including:
• Updating tools to reflect current data releases.
• Monitoring data usage and managing associated budgets.
• Ensuring tools align with data governance and best practices.
• Deliver reports and analyses to support Development, Origination, Finance, and Interconnection teams.
• Support early-stage project viability analysis including geographic constraints, interconnection, and market dynamics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to derive insights from large, complex datasets.
• Experience developing tools for standard data analysis and process automation.
• Working knowledge of coding languages and data platforms.
• Required: SQL, basic database skills, and coding proficiency.
• Preferred: Azure, Python, Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate.
• Strong desire to continuously learn and grow technical skills.
• Interest in the renewable energy industry and full-lifecycle project development.
