It ensures accurate diagnosis and procedure coding, including pre-appointment reviews to identify potential clinical conditions. Education HS Diploma or GED Certification & Licensure CRC, CPC, AHMA, or AAPC Coding Certification Experience At least 1 year of relevant experience Skills and Knowledge Knowledge of ICD-10, Medicare Advantage Coding, medical terminology, and coding guidelines Proficiency with coding software and reference materials Understanding of coding regulations and ability to work independently and in teams Excellent communication skills Job Details Shift: Days Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday Hours: 8 per day, 40 per week Benefits: Yes Union: No Status: Non-Exempt, Regular Compensation Pay ranges vary by location, from $25.83 to $57.38 per hour, depending on the state.
