We are currently seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a CRC at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies. Onsite - Raleigh, NC. What you will be doing: Assisting in the coordination and implementation of clinical trial activities under the guidance of Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs), including patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment. Supporting the maintenance and organization of study documentation and regulatory files, ensuring compliance with protocol requirements and regulatory standards. Collecting, recording, and entering data into study databases and electronic data capture (EDC) systems, in accordance with study protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Assisting with the preparation and submission of regulatory documents and correspondence to regulatory authorities and institutional review boards (IRBs). Providing logistical support for study visits, meetings, and other research-related activities, including scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and coordinating study materials. Your profile: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Previous experience in clinical research or healthcare setting is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with study participants and colleagues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn new software applications as needed.
