Hollywood Park, a near 300-acre sports and entertainment destination, is being developed by Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman E. Stanley Kroenke with the 70,000-seat SoFi Stadium as its centerpiece. Hollywood Park is the largest urban mixed-use mega development under construction in the Western United States. When complete, Hollywood Park will have up to 2,500 residences, a hotel, a retail district reaching up to 890,000 square feet, up to 5 million square feet of office space, and more than 25-acres of public parks and open space. Reporting to the Vice President of Premium Sales and Service, the Director of Premium Sales will be responsible for establishing the strategic direction and operational functions for the suite sales programs. This includes creating premium revenue generating programs. In addition, this role will be responsible for overseeing and developing the premium sales team to hit revenue generating goals. More Specific Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To... Manage premium sales team and assist with selling and closing multi-year suite lease agreements to C-Level executives and/or key decision makers of corporations, high net worth individuals via outbound sales calls, face-to-face appointments and virtual presentations. Recruit, hire, train and develop a team of Premium Sales Managers and interns. Create successful sales revenue goals for season suites, individual games and concert rentals. Oversee and develop YouTube Theater Premium Seating department to maximize revenue. Collaborate with all internal and external partners - including the Los Angeles Rams, Los Angeles Chargers, Partnerships, Finance, F&B, operations, guest services and all other customer-facing contractors - to develop and manage relationships. Develop pricing strategies for premium products for stadium events to maximize revenue. Create, develop, and implement sales campaigns and strategies for Premium Sales Managers. Develop and implement proactive tactics to create incremental revenue through a robust event-based campaign empowering the team to upsell and generate referrals from current suite clients. Champion a positive culture that extends throughout the entire department through team building, professional development and innovative techniques. Develop positive relationships with current and new clients through in person meetings, phone calls, and written correspondence. Attend most NFL football games and other events to engage with suite owners and support sales and service team. We’d Love to Hear From People With... Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is strongly preferred. 4-5 years prior Sports Sales Management or equivalent experience is preferred. Candidate should possess strong team-oriented work ethic. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at the highest levels of an organization both internally and externally. Candidate should possess excellent time management and organizational skills. Candidate should work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Previous working experience with Microsoft CRM and TM Archtics is a plus. Experience with DocuSign or related electronic signature software is a plus. Able to work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays). A proven track record in relationship building and networking skills with ability to interact effectively and professionally. Individuals must be coachable and possess a positive attitude. Salary Range: $120,000-$150,000 In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Act, compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only. Hollywood Park considers a candidate’s education, certification, prior experience, as well as internal and external data when determining the salary level for potential new employees.
